Escric després d'uns dies d'absència de blog per parlar-vos del darrer ple municipal de Vic. Dilluns vaig quedar fart de les giragonses que es dedica a fer el govern per esquivar la fiscalització que el sotmet l'oposició. Esperpèntica escena del govern anul·lant un punt de l'ordre del dia i tornar-lo aprovar en el següents, constants justificacions de les despeses improcedents que ens té acostumat aquest govern.... sorprenent que el segon tinent d’alcalde, Josep Burgaya, gasti 70.000 euros en les reformes del seu despatx de l’IMPE o que el govern decideixi donara a fons perdut més de 3.000 euros a les Sagramentàries a compte d’una beatificació!
Alhora, va destecar la ruptura de la unitat d’acció en la Moció de la Memòria Històrica presentada per la CUP, i que el nostre grup municipal va donar recolzament explícit per tractar-se d'una proposta plenament legal i en concordança amb la Llei de Memòria Històrica. Així els ho vam comunicar als promotors, i els vam demanar d'introduir-hi la celebració d'un acte commemoratiu per recordar els 70 anys dels tràgics bombardejos sobre la ciutat de Vic. ERC es va veure obligat a rectificar, i de bona o mala gana hi va acabar votant favorablement.
En canvi, la postura més sorprenent va ser la del grup socialista, Burgaya va exercir el seu paper de professor i va pontificar sobre les virtuts de la transició espanyola, alhora que aprofitava per menystenir constantment la proposta de la CUP. Cansa la figura del professor il·lustrat que alliçona als alumnes, sobretot quan en tant sols dos anys, el mateix Burgaya feia les següents afirmacions:
